The Figure is a highly lethal entity which spawns at doors 50 and 100. The Figure's head is all mouth, which means it is blind, but it still has an exeptional sense of hearing, which it uses to track down the player. When found, the figure will decapitate the player resulting in an instant death. The Figure can be crucified, although it will only stop it for a few seconds giving the player just enough time to get away.
Guiding light is a non-lethal entity which spawns when you die. It is meant to give you tips on how to survive the entity that just killed you. It also guides you through any room you're having trouble with, and the seek chase.
Rush is a highly lethal entity which can spawn in any room. If the lights flicker for a short amount of time, that means that Rush is coming. You need to hide in a closet or in any other place where Rush cannot get you. If you cannot find a hiding place in time, then Rush will scoop you up and Insta-kill you.
Ambush is a highly lethal entity which can spawn in any room. Just like Rush, you need to hide in a closet to avoid it, unlike Rush, the lights do not flicker when it is near, instead, you will hear a sound. Ambush will also come back and forth for as many times as it wants, so you will need to jump in and out of your closet to prevent hide. Ambush is Insta-kill, so if you don't make it to a hiding place, it will scoop you up and kill you.
Seek is a highly lethal entity which can spawn close to doors 40 and 75. If you see eyes on the walls in some of the rooms then that means that you will encounter him soon. Once you reach a long hallway after the eyes, you will summon him and begin the chase. Your goal is to not let him catch up to you, because if he does, he will insta-kill you. He forms obstacles in front of you to stop you, but guiding light can show you where you need to crouch to avoid them. There is another room where you need to pick from 3 doors, 2 you can see, and 1 you cannot see. Guiding light will show you which door you need to go to, if you do not see guiding light at all, then go to any side and there will be another door to go into.
Halt is a semi-lethal entity which can spawn in any room. If the lights flicker for a long time, then that means that you will encounter it in the next room. The Halt room will be a small, dark, long hallway with a weird aura to it. When the "turn around" message appears on your screen, then you need to turn around so halt doesn't get you. If halt does get you, you will take 60 damage, so you cannot get hit twice or you'll die.
Eyes is a semi-lethal entity which can spawn in any room. It emits a purple glow to alert the player that it is near. To survive it, you need to look away from it, because if you don't, you will take 10 damage every tick. It is more common in SUPER HARD MODE.
Screech is a semi-lethal entity which can spawn in any dark room. If you hear a psst sound in any dark room, that means that screech is on you. To survive Screech, you need to look around for it and when you find it, stare at it until it goes away. If you dont look at it in time, it will bite you and you will take 40 damage.
Dupe is a semi-lethal entity which can spawn in most rooms. It resembles a regular door, but when opened greets the player with a bite, which takes away 40 HP. The way to know if there is a dupe door in a room, is if there are two doors with numbers in the same room. Only the door with the correct number is the correct door, which would be the number after whatever room you are in.
